The design
process begins with conceptual design in which the project’s layout and
renditions are developed. This is followed by the construction drawing phase
which encompasses MEP engineering, structural, and civil engineering, landscape
design, permitting and jurisdictional processes, project bid out,
groundbreaking, and ultimately, building. It is the belief of ITD that a
building is an extension and the truest expression, of a developer or
owner’s creative influences, and ultimate vision. |
