Kingwood Professional Healthcare Centerconsists of 30,000 square foot surgical hospital attached to a three story 60,000 square foot healthcare office building. The tenant for the Surgical Hospital is Kingwood Specialty Hospital, Ltd. The operations of the Surgical Hospital will be through ASC Group, Park City, Utah. The Healthcare Office Building will be managed through David Antoniono Investments. In addition to the center Surgical Hospital/Healthcare Office Building and to complement the Professional Business Park, a child care school and low-rise office building will commence construction within the next 90 days.
