| As Property Manager, David Antoniono Investments, Inc. combines
all of the knowledge, skills, processes, and systems directly related to the
management and administration of property throughout its life cycle, from
initial acquisition, to final disposition. This management process includes
capital assets as well as real, and personal property, both tangible and
intangible when used across a broad spectrum of public private enterprises. DAI
specialized in commercial office, light industrial, and retail leasing while
working with clients to develop business plans and make the key decisions that
will help them ultimately reach their goals. DAI’s goal is to act as a
liaison between the landlord and tenants. Some of DAI’s specific services
include, but are not limited to, collecting rent, responding to and repairing
problems, advertising properties, procuring prospective tenants or lessees, and
negotiating lease or rental terms. |
