ITD’s role as a Construction Manager is to enforce project quality control program and validate compliance. Moreover, ITD reviews construction billings and certification hurdles, prepares procurement schedules, publicizes subcontractor packages to ensure and maximize local and minority participation, expedites purchases, contracts and manages subcontractors, coordinates regulatory review and approval, controls site access, and supervises the construction site. ITD participates in the conceptual development of a project and oversees its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
