Construction Management
ITD’s role as a Construction Manager is to enforce project quality control program and validate compliance. Moreover, ITD reviews construction billings and certification hurdles, prepares procurement schedules, publicizes subcontractor packages to ensure and maximize local and minority participation, expedites purchases, contracts and manages subcontractors, coordinates regulatory review and approval, controls site access, and supervises the construction site.

ITD participates in the conceptual development of a project and oversees its organization, scheduling, and implementation.

Consultation and Design
Infinity Texas Development, Inc. has developed a number of projects around the north and northwest areas of Houston that include office, retail, light, industrial medical office facilities, and hospitality. Furthermore, as a projectdevelops, ITD places great emphasis onthe importance of consultation for ourclients, as well as designs based specificallyon construction experience. ITD focuses on coordinating regulatory reviews and approvals utilizing proven design approaches to deliver unique creative solutions as well as analyzing property sites which include revisions for topography, water, vegetation, solar, and prevailing winds. The design process begins with conceptual design in which the project’s layout and renditions are developed. This is followed by the construction drawing phase which encompasses MEP engineering, structural, and civil engineering, landscape design, permitting and jurisdictional processes, project bid out, groundbreaking, and ultimately, building. It is the belief of ITD that a building is an extension and the truest expression, of a developer or owner’s creative influences, and ultimate vision.

Property Management
As Property Manager, David Antoniono Investments, Inc. combines all of the knowledge, skills, processes, and systems directly related to the management and administration of property throughout its life cycle, from initial acquisition, to final disposition. This management process includes capital assets as well as real, and personal property, both tangible and intangible when used across a broad spectrum of public private enterprises. DAI specialized in commercial office, light industrial, and retail leasing while working with clients to develop business plans and make the key decisions that will help them ultimately reach their goals. DAI’s goal is to act as a liaison between the landlord and tenants. Some of DAI’s specific services include, but are not limited to, collecting rent, responding to and repairing problems, advertising properties, procuring prospective tenants or lessees, and negotiating lease or rental terms.
