David M. Antoniono
President, Infinity Texas Development, Inc.
After receiving a degree in Business Management from Sacramento State, David entered the Aviation Officer Candidate School in the United States Navy. He later became a pilot for Continental Airlines and now flies for United Airlines. In 1991, David began purchasing land for commercial development where he transformed big box retail centers into smaller spaces designed for tenants requiring less square footage. In particular, he was able to revitalize many of the Kmart buildings that were left vacant when the company began closing their stores in Texas. David has also been instrumental in the success of the Kingwood Professional Healthcare Center, a 90,000 square foot medical facility that houses Memorial Hermann Specialty Surgical Hospital, a skilled nursing center, a breast imaging center, as well as a pharmacy and several medical specialists. In addition, he developed the Kingwood Executive Suites and Kingwood Medical Plaza. With a desire to not only build superior commercial buildings, but also exceptional homes, David created Urban Flats Builder. His goal is to provide a positive, influential force in shaping Houston’s underserved mid-rise market and create lasting homes that families can enjoy for years to come.
